The place of arbitration shall be in the State of Qatar. The arbitration proceedings shall be in Arabic/English language.

The total price displayed on our website includes all applicable taxes and service fees. It excludes all applicable airport taxes or other charges payable at the airport. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking. Name entered in traveler's details should be exactly as per the passport. Name changes after booking are not allowed. There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights. For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles or promotion/ tie-ups, please contact the airline directly. Kindly ensure that you have the relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable), immigration clearance and travel with a passport, with a validity of at least 6 months as on date of travel. To avail infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you will be required to make a separate booking using a child fare. Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age. MH is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will inform you of the same if informed by the airlines. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure. MH will charge service fees for availing the MH Services. MH reserves the right to alter any and all kinds of transaction fees from time to time, without notice. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties and taxes for availing the MH Services. MH reserves the right to cancel any booking made by any travel agent using promotional offers without any prior notice.
You may be required by the relevant Travel Supplier(s) to present a valid credit or debit card at the time of check-in at the hotel and/or at the pick-up location of the car rental company to provide confirmation of authorized card usage and/or to secure any additional charges. The cardholder must be a traveler listed on your Booking. If your itinerary involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure, the provisions of a treaty known as the "Warsaw Convention" may be applicable to your entire trip, including any portion entirely within the country of origin or destination. The Warsaw Convention governs and may limit the liability of certain air carriers for death of or personal injury to passengers and/or loss of or damage to baggage. A reservation is not complete until ticketed. To protect our customers from unauthorized charges, we verify with the credit/debit card company that the billing address and credit card verification number you provided to us is accurate and that your debit/charge will be accepted. Until such information is verified, the fare is subject to change. We are not responsible for any transaction that is declined based upon a credit/debit card that is declined by the issuing company or a travel provider or if, for any reason, the debit/credit card billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be verified in a timely manner, nor are we responsible for any changes in fare or any other charges that may occur during our validation process. In the event the fare selected is not available an approval code may have been issued on your credit card. If the transaction is not completed the approval code may temporarily credit
All Airline Refunds/Credits are subject to each airline fare rules, policies and processes
Passenger types = Adult, child, senior, infant, student, military. Service fees on all changes, refunds, cancellations and future credits will be charged on a per passenger, per ticket basis..
On top of the airline's cancellation charges, MH charges a service fee per passenger per journey for all cancellations. All cancellations should be done at least 48 hrs (3 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 72 hrs and treat the booking as a "No Show".
In case of Booking/Ticket cancellation, Myholidays.com handling fee will be ‘Airline Charges’ + ‘QAR 150 *’ which is subject to change. The cancellation and date change charges/ fees are applicable before departure and are charged per sector, per passenger.
Even if you decide to cancel the Booking/Ticket directly with the Airline, you are still liable to pay ‘Cancellation Penalty’ to Myholidays as per the Myholidays cancellation policy.
Like our transaction service fees (booking fees), all post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice. Our fees are in addition to any airline and/or other supplier imposed fees and charges.
Government imposed taxes and fees are subject to change. You will only be charged the final total amount displayed or quoted by our agent.
Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Only available if our Travel Suppliers' fare rules allow cancellation and refunds, and we have accepted your request for a refund, you are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are in-eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing), and if we are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund. Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Airline Refunds/Future credits are subject to airline fare rules, policies and procedures.

Visa/Passport - A Visa/Passport decline letter is normally required in order to process a request

Denied Boarding - Documentation as why you were denied boarding of your scheduled departure will be required
Duplicate Tickets - Copies of all tickets, reflecting exact same itineraries booked with us will be required in order to process a refund request
The passenger is required to check-in at least 3 hours prior departure for flights, else will be considered as a no show. As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours before departure. Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is under two years old. You need to carry appropriates travels permissions (Valid Passport, Visa, Immigration clearance etc.) done before departure. MH is not responsible for any issues related to documents (invalid or inappropriate travel documents).
Any and all changes made to the itinerary are restricted and are subject to airline fare rules, whichever is more restrictive; most of our tickets/hotels, do not allow any date or name changes after the booking is completed. Myholidays does not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, any bookings or reservations made or confirmed to you in the event that the original itinerary has been changed by the supplier pursuant to customer's request or supplier's schedule changes.
Every booking made on MH is subject to amendment charges charged by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class. If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded. The rebooking charges as applicable will be collected by MH. In addition to the airline's amendment charges, MH charges amendment service fee as applicable. We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended. All amendments should be done at least 48 hrs (2 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 48 hrs and treat the booking as a No Show.
Most of our airline tickets are 100% Non-Refundable. In certain cases where the airline may allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards a future ticket purchase by the same traveler on the same airline. Usually the credit issued by the airline supplier has a specific expiration date, after which it cannot be used. We encourage you to discuss additional restrictions attached to your credit with a customer service agent. All such bookings where the cancellation may be permitted must be cancelled prior to the scheduled departure time of the first flight segment by contacting our Refunds department. We do not guarantee any cancellation. When you are ready to make your new booking and wish to use your airline credit, you will be required to the pay fare difference (if any), applicable airline penalties and any applicable Myholidays post-ticketing charges. All such changes are governed by each airline's fare rules, policies and procedures, which are not under our control.
Every booking made on MH is subject to cancellation charges charged by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class. MH will not be liable to provide any Refund for cancellation of Non-Refundable Fare bookings.
If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. MH will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same. To cancel the tickets offline, call the customer care numbers +974 800 1900.
If your itinerary includes flights operated by more than one airline, please read carefully each such airline's terms and conditions, which can be found on each such airline's website. Each such airline will have its own restrictions, rules and fees. If one of these flights is affected by an airline change (e.g. cancellation or rescheduling) that causes a Customer to make changes to the other flight, the Customer may be responsible for any fees or ticket cost incurred for making changes to the unaffected flight. Such airlines may charge their own fees for changes, refunds, or if exchanges are requested. You are responsible for complying with each airline's terms and conditions, which may differ (for example, check-in times and limits on baggage size/weight). It is advisable you print your outbound and return portions of your e-ticket confirmation for all flights prior to travelling. You may be asked for proof of your return ticket at check-in.
In case of multiple Airlines, you might see multiple charges in your statement along with Myholidays service fee as the payment might be charged individually by the different Airlines
Please note that the Total Amount of the Multiple Charges added together will not exceed the amount shown on the Payment Page at the time of booking.
Most of our airline tickets, hotels and service fees are non-refundable. We can accept refund requests only if All the conditions listed below have been met:
• you have applied for a cancellation and refund with us and if the fare rules provide for cancellation and refunds;
• we have sent an acknowledgment of your Cancellation and Refund request with details of Amount to be refunded;
• you are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are in-eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing); and
• we are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.
We are unable to provide a specific time line for how long it may take for this requested refund to be processed. All refund requests are processed in a sequential format. Once you have provided our customer service agent with your cancellation request, we will then send you an email notification that your request has been received. This notification does not automatically qualify you for a refund. This only provides you with an acknowledgement of your request and provides you with a tracking number. Upon receipt of your request we will work with the suppliers such as airlines, hotels to generate a waiver based on airline and other supplier rules and notify you of the supplier decision. Our services fees associated with the original travel reservation or booking are not refundable. Please note that we are dependent on the suppliers for receiving the requested refunds. Once the refund has been approved by the supplier it may take additional time for this to appear on your credit card statement. Generally, all suppliers will charge a penalty for refund. This entire process may take 60-180 days from receipt of your request to receiving credit on your statement. Apart from the airlines and other suppliers refund penalties, Myholidays will charge a post-ticketing services fee, as applicable. All refund fees are charged on per-passenger, per-ticket basis. These fees will only be assessed if a refund has been authorized by the supplier or a waiver has been received and when the airline/supplier rules permit such refunds
It is mandatory to contact us for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at MH website. Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary and shall be done within 7 to 15 days. Refund for partially utilized tickets (for eg:- only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take minimum of 25 to 30 working days up to 6 months depending on the Airline.
If you have made an error in name(s), or date(s) and/or time(s) of the flight, please contact our Customer Care Team through Phone or Email as soon as possible so that one of our operators may attempt to modify your booking before the ticket is issued. Once the ticket is issued by the airline, cancellations or changes to your booking may not be possible. Keep in mind that changes and cancellations are made at the discretion of the airline in accordance with its own policies and conditions.
Some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international or cross border transactions. For instance, if you are making a booking using a US-issued card with a non-US merchant, your bank may charge you a cross border or international transaction fee. Furthermore, booking international travel may be considered as an international transaction by your bank or card company, since we may pass your card details to an international travel supplier to be charged. In addition, some banks and card companies impose fees for currency conversion. For instance, if you are making a booking in a currency other than the currency of your credit card, your credit card company may convert the booking amount to the currency of your credit card and charge you a conversion fee. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.

In some cases, your credit/debit card may be billed in multiple charges totaling the final total price.
Insurance is a third party product and is subject to terms and conditions of the third party service provider. MH in no way be held liable to any deficiencies of service and/or in any dispute between the customer and the third party service provider. For any service related issues and/or any disputes regarding insurance needs to be settled directly with the third party service provider. In case of rescheduling of the ticket, MH re-issue the insurance as per the revised dates. In case of cancellation of the ticket, MH cancels the insurance and refund the insurance amount back to customer through the same mode of payment as used while booking the tickets on MH website.
Hotels reserves the right of admission. Unmarried/unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in. Similarly accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a Couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. MH will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. Hotel may deny check in to guests providing Id Proof of the same city as the hotel itself. The hotel pictures/information on the website, including amenities and facilities are provided by the hotel / service providers. This information is for reference only. For any discrepancy that exists between the website pictures and actual settings, MH is not liable and responsible. The hotel might block your credit card for the amount of the booking as per the hotel's terms and conditions and MH shall not be responsible for the same. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel. Check-in time and check-out time is as per hotel policy & terms. Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. Please note that the check-in time is subject to change as per hotel policy & seasonality. Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel. This site is for consumer use only. Any travel agent/tour operator/consolidator/aggregator should not use this site for individual/group bookings. In the event of bookings by any travel agent/tour operator/consolidator/aggregator through the Site are detected, the Company reserves the right to cancel such bookings immediately without any notice to such travel agent/tour operator/aggregator/consolidator. The various discounts and offers mentioned on the Site are applicable to the Consumer for the purposes of end use only.
The Cancellation Policies of the Hotels are dynamic and may change from time to time. The Cancellation policy of the Hotel may change in the interim period of booking and date of stay of the Guest. The Cancellation Policy prevailing at the time of check in/cancellation of the booking by the Customer will be the applicable policy. Hotels being booked may have their own cancellation policy and may charge user accordingly. In the event of Cancellation the money shall be debited from your credit card directly by the Hotel as per Cancellation Policy of the Hotel. Cancellations can be done online as well through our call-centre. Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. MH shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating MH and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail. If you don't show up at the hotel, you'll still be charged the entire amount and hotel will debit the amount from your card directly. Bookings done under offers are not refundable.
MH does not accept amendment request to the hotel reservation if the check in is within 48 Hours. MH does not support changes and modifications to online bookings once they're made. All the refunds shall be done by the Hotel directly to you and MH is not responsible to ensuring any refunds whatsoever. Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.
All requests for modifications and amendments to your booking must be directed to the Myholidays Customer Care Team, who will process the request. See the section “Payment & Cancellations” below for additional information with respect to cancelling a booking.
In addition to any price difference and any change fee required by the vendor, Myholidays will charge QAR 100 as a service fee to amend or change an existing booking.
Myholidays should be informed about the change request (3) days in advance of your confirmed travel date.
It is not possible to change or modify a special event, theatre or show ticket. Sales of these tickets are final and cannot be amended once your original purchase is confirmed.
All other date-change requests and amendments are subject to availability by our suppliers and/or service providers; Myholidays cannot guarantee the success of any change request.
If you request a date change within three (3) days or less of your confirmed travel date, Myholidays will attempt to honour your request; however changes made three days or less from your original travel date may be subject to an additional fee. For multi-day and overnight tours, date changes made within seven (7) days of your confirmed travel date may also be subject to additional fees.
When you book a reservation for a Product through the Website, Myholidays collects your payment information and processes your payment as described below under “Payment Processing”. Myholidays accepts the following payment methods: Visa/Master Card credit cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking, Full payment is required at the time of making a reservation. Payment will be listed as MYHOLIDAYS Holidays on the bank statement.
No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.
Cancelling a holiday booking is subject to the vendor cancellation policy and conditions, which may incur a cancellation fee, generally, MyHolidays service fee will apply on all cancelled reservations, as outlined below:
Every holidays costing less than QAR 250 will be non-refundable.
Event, Attraction, Theatre, Show or Coupon Ticket-These are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Gift Certificate-These are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Myholidays charges a service fee for all cancellations of QAR 150 Per person and per segement.
All refund requests for cancelled reservations must be submitted through MyHolidays, as the vendor will not be able to process the refund, therefore, it is mandatory to contact us for all refund requests, the refund process duration may take up to 15 business days.
You agree to defend and fully compensate MH and its affiliates and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature, including but not limited, to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:
Your violation of any applicable law including but not limited to violation of intellectual property rights of a third party; or
Your use of this Website.
Most restricted ticket rules apply. When a ticket is booked with a combination of fares, the most Restrictive cancellation rule will apply.
An additional administrative fee for rebooking’s/cancellations may apply if your booking is eligible.
Tickets are nontransferable and name changes are not allowed. Other conditions, like no-show/Minimum/ maximum stay etc., may apply.
Checked baggage allowance varies as per airline rules and conditions, please reconfirm before departure.
Please ensure passport and visa are valid for travel. You are responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, Orders, demands and travel requirements of countries or origin, destination and transit.
Kindly reconfirm your flights at least 48hours prior to flight departure as flight timings may change.
