Upon arrival in Japan on the 1st day of your Tokyo and Kyoto 6 nights 7 days tour package, take the Airport Limousine Bus to your hotel (bus tickets at your own expense). Your tour representative will be waiting to greet and welcome you at the hotel.
After breakfast, enjoy a free day to explore Tokyo on your own on the 2nd day of your Tokyo and Kyoto holiday package. Alternatively, join an optional Tokyo Discovery Tour which includes visits to Tsukiji Fish Market, Odaiba Seaside Park, Sensoji Temple, and Kabukicho entertainment district in Shinjuku.
After having breakfast as per the Tokyo and Kyoto trip package, experience the breathtaking Five Lakes District with the UNESCO-listed Mt. Fuji. Savor unique eats and snacks at rest stops on the highways. Take the aerial tram Komagatake Ropeway for a bird's eye view of Hakone and Lake Ashi. Cruise on Lake Ashi for picturesque views of Mount Fuji. Drive to Shizuoka, Japan's tea capital. Stay overnight in Shizuoka or Lake Yamanaka, depending on local conditions.
According to the Tokyo and Kyoto travel package, depart to Kyoto, Japan's cultural capital and former capital for over 1,000 years after breakfast. Visit Heian Shrine, ranked as a Beppyō Jinja. You can opt for a Kyoto Discovery Tour that includes Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion), Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Fushimi Inari Shrine, and Gion district's traditional dances, Zen gardens, and seasonal festivals.
On the 5th day of your Tokyo and Kyoto travel package, when exploring Kyoto, there are two optional programs available. The first program is a full-day experience in Hiroshima via the Shinkansen bullet train. Visit Miyajimaguchi and Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima Island, the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, and Atomic Bomb Dome before returning to Kyoto.
