Arrive at the Airport as your Sumatra island adventure trip package begins. Proceed for your transfer to the hotel and relax in your room or explore Maimun Palace, and Museum at Tjong A Fie Mansion and get some street food in the night markets. Back to your hotel for a good night’s sleep.
Savor a hearty breakfast at the hotel and proceed to Bukit Lawang, a peaceful village located on the banks of the Bohorok river, next to the Gunung Leuser National Park. In the afternoon, take a tour of the countryside by becak (cycle rickshaw) or swim in the river. Overnight stay at the guesthouse.
Trek through the Gunung Leuser National Park and spend your day camping out in the jungle. Witness wild animals like the Sumatran tiger, orangutans, rhinoceros, and elephants. Night stay at the camping site in the jungle.
