The Machu Picchu and Sacred Valley adventure tour package for 8 days 7 nights starts with your arrival in the beautiful city of Cusco, located in the heart of the Andes Mountains. You will be greeted at the Airport by our representative, who will transfer you to your hotel. After checking in and getting settled, you'll have the rest of the day to explore the charming streets of Cusco and acclimatize to the high altitude.
On day two of our Machu Picchu and Sacred Valley adventure trip package, we'll explore the charming Rainbow Village of Chinchero. Located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, this small town is famous for its traditional weaving techniques and vibrant textiles.
The third day of our Machu Picchu trekking travel package starts with a trek from Piscacucho to Wayllabamba. The trail follows the Urubamba River, passing through small villages and offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. At Wayllabamba, we'll set up our tents and rest for the night, preparing for the next day's trek.
The fourth day of our Machu Picchu trekking vacation package involves a steep climb up the Warmiwañusca, also known as the Dead Woman's Pass, which is the highest point of the trek. From there, we'll descend to Pacaymayu, passing by several Incan ruins, including Runkurakay and Sayacmarca. We'll camp for the night at Pacaymayu, resting and recuperating for the next day's trek.
On the fifth day of our Machu Picchu trekking holiday package, we'll trek from Pacaymayu to Winay Wayna. This section of the trail takes us through the Puna grasslands and into the cloud forest, where we'll encounter several Incan ruins, including the impressive Phuyupatamarca. We'll camp for the night at Winay Wayna, which is one of the most beautiful Incan ruins along the trail, with terraces, water channels, and a temple.
The sixth day of our Machu Picchu trekking package involves a trek from Winay Wayna to Machu Picchu. The trail follows a set of stone steps, passing through lush vegetation and offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. As we approach the Sun Gate, we'll catch our first glimpse of Machu Picchu, one of the most famous and iconic archaeological sites in the world. Our guide will lead us on a tour of the ruins, explaining the history and significance of this ancient Incan city.
