After breakfast, travel in the direction of Shkoder, stopping in Kruje, the capital of Albania under Gjergj Kastrioti Skanderbeg, the national hero who led the country's liberation against the Ottomans. Get ready to go inside to see the castle's market which has been renovated. Stop in Shkoder, an Albanian city in the north, where we will see some of the city's landmarks, including the Rozafa castle, the downtown historic lake, and Lake Shkoder, the biggest lake in the Balkans that borders both Albania and Montenegro. Reach the hotel in Tirana for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we will head for Korçe, the region's cultural center, but not before stopping at Selce, home to several ancient royal tombs dating back to the fourth century BC. Visit Lake Prespa and several of its charming small towns will be made at another stop. This lake is notable for being the location of the borders of Greece, Macedonia, and Albania. Arrival at Korçe, where you will explore the city's ancient old town, Orthodox cathedral, and bazaar. Return to your lodging in Tirana in the afternoon.
