Upon arrival at Kathmandu airport, meet our representative and transfer to Hotel Yatri Suites & Spa. Attend a welcome dinner at The Ship Restaurant Bar & Lounge, where you'll savour authentic Nepalese cuisine and learn about Nepalese food culture.
After breakfast, on 2nd day of your 4 nights 5 days Nepal temples and Pagodas tour package, we visit Kathmandu's four UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhu Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhnath Stupa, Pashupatinath & Aryaghat. Kathmandu also boasts mediaeval palaces, Buddhist and Hindu shrines, and one of the world's largest stupas.
After breakfast, tour the cultural and natural sites: Patan, "City of Fine Arts," Khokana, a mediaeval village with mustard-oil seed industrial heritage, and Bungmati, with a beautiful temple and mediaeval houses. We end the day at Nagarkot for magnificent sunrise/sunset views of the eastern Nepal Himalayas including Mt. Everest. Overnight at Nagarkot.
After watching the sunrise from Nagarkot, we visit Changu Narayan temple in Nepal Temples and Pagodas tour, the oldest in the Kathmandu valley, then Bhaktapur, a mediaeval town with preserved culture and architecture. Visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Optional short hike (3-4 hours) from Nagarkot to Changu Narayan. Overnight at Kathmandu
